After completing the POLARIS Assessment of Identity Development (PAID), you’ll receive a personalized PDF snapshot that:

• Describes your current navigation style across four core domains
   
• Uses neutral, non-diagnostic language grounded in observed patterns
   
• Highlights stabilizing supports and emerging strain signals
   
• Is intended to be read as a mirror rather than an instruction manual
   

Most people find the report gives language to things they’ve felt but haven’t quite been able to articulate.

The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.

This POLARIS assessment report is in an active validation and refinement phase.

During this period, participants receive the full snapshot experience at no cost. Anonymous response data is used to improve the structure, clarity, and internal consistency of the instrument.
